The Covid19 crisis has pushed many companies to discover and take the digital turn. At Sarawak, we did not wait, digitalization has always been part of our daily life… the digitalized payslip is one of the many examples.
Since the beginning of our activity, more than 20 years ago, we have always done everything possible to simplify the daily life of our employees.
If it is obvious that the tools made available to them to ensure their missions are efficient, it is the same for the administrative side which can quickly become time consuming.
It is in this context that we wanted to implement a digitalized payslip with a digital safe.
Initiated at the beginning of the year, the Covid crisis could have put a damper on this project. But it didn’t.
As early as March, we put our expense report solution to good use so that our employees could have their pay slips digitized despite the crisis. At the end of May, we then put the entire project back into operation with the Canon teams.
Today, all our employees receive their digital pay slips, and have a secure personal digital safe allowing them to keep all their administrative documents and add any valuable document they wish.
